Rules and policies

We try to keep our rules and policies to a minimum, but some things we have to point out, either for legal or insurance reasons.

We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible and therefore we request your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between you and La Grande Quercia Bed & Breakfast:-

1. Tariff

The tariff is for the room only and breakfast and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable. Other services are available at extra cost.

2. Settlement of your account

Please settle your account by the methods stated in our Terms & Conditions upon your departure. Personal cheques are not accepted.

3. Documents required upon check-in 

Please present your ID card, Passport or Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present these personal documents to us, as we are required to submit your personal data to the Polizia di Stato.

Refusal to supply such this information will result in us denying your stay.

4. Luggage Storage

Subject to availability of the storage space, you can store luggage in the luggage room, but at your own sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause.

5. Your Belongings

You are requested to lock the door of your room when going out or going to bed.

We will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the your belongings or any other property from either your room or any other part of the premises for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

6. Children

We do not accept children under the age of 16 years old.

7. Pets

As we have two large dogs, we cannot accept pets.

8. Damage to Property

You will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by you to our property, your guests or any person for whom you are responsible.

(9. Management's Rights

It is agreed that you will conduct yourself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the our premises

We have the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

10. Government rules and regulations and application of laws

You are requested to observe and abide by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
