If you like your food to have a bit of a kick, this recipe is definitely for you! We grow an abundance of chilli peppers here in Abruzzo, sparingly adding a few dried flakes to give another dimension to a dish or in the case of these little “bombs”, the whole chilli, causing an explosion of your taste buds! The “heat” of the chilli can be adjusted according to how hot you like them. Stuffed with a combination of tuna, capers and anchovy, these delicious little incendiaries make a perfect accompaniment to an antipasto of cured meats and cheeses.
